It is my mission to assist in the holistic development of our youth through self-care, self-image, development, empowerment community service initiatives.
Tola's current mission is clear: help our youth successfully navigate the trajectory of their lives. In 2018, Forbes named her one of the top women dedicated to helping the next generation of leaders find their calling.
As a speaker, Tola spreads the importance of career planning and good mentorship to high school and college students across the country. Committed to empowering the next generation of leaders, Tola has also taken on the role of Assistant Director of College Success at Achievement First Brooklyn High School, and started not for profit organization Gyrl Wonder whose success and recognition has catapulted her to being one of the most influential voices in women and youth culture.
Her current role allows her to lead the charge in helping inner city students take ownership of the paths they choose for their lives by arming them with the tools needed to succeed in college and beyond.
